- Barking needs to be minimal and not be heard outside
- All droppings must be picked up and disposed of by the guest right away
- Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture
- If left unattended, dogs need to be in a crate
- A contact phone number is required to reach guests if dog is left alone
- Dogs must be on leash and under control at all times
- Only approved dogs allowed (no surprise dog arrivals)
- Shedding and accidents need to be cleaned up by the guest
- Maximum 2 small dogs (under 30 lbs each)
- $25/dog/night charges apply
- $1000 Credit Card Pre-Autorization damage deposit required (not charged unless damage occurs)
